I finished my latest shadow trapunto quilt and I am quite exhausted.I thought that I will never finish it. Actually, I made it in 2 months.
Am terminat ultimul quilt shadow trapunto. Dar si eu sunt terminata ! Mi s-a parut ca am lucrat la el o vesnicie. De fapt, l-am facut cam in 2 luni, oricum, e quiltul la care am lucrat cel mai mult in cei 8 ani de cand quiltuiesc.

People say that it is fun to make a quilt, I agree, but in case of this quilt, at this moment, I can’t remember anything but a lot of work, a hard work.
Lucky me I had a deadline for this quilt, otherwise, I don’t know when I would have finished it.
Right now, I don’t think that I will soon be able to make another quilt like this.
Multa lume zice ca e si frumos si distractiv sa quiltuiesti, si eu sunt de aceasta parere, dar la quiltul acesta, cel putin in acest moment, nu am in memorie decat multa munca si foarte grea.
Norocul meu ca am avut un termen la care trebuia sa fie gata, altfel, nu stiu cand l-as fi terminat !
Daca ar trebui sa fac curand inca unul asemanator, cred ca m-as lasa de meserie !

Mie imi sugereaza un dans, cred ca o sala de bal vazuta de sus , in care perechile valseaza. Da, eu i-as zice "vals".Cred ca e o desfatare sa-l vezi de aproape.

Geta, all of your work is so beautiful. I think that your summer rain is the mot outstanding quilt I have ever seen.( I would use stronger words but do not have the spell check on here) All I know is, I will never be happy until I can achieve one of these great quilts myself!! wow, I happened to find your page and I am happy about it. Your quilts are fantastic. Many years ago I already bought a book "Trapunto by maschine" but so far I never dared to do it. I wonder if I will ever seeing how much work it is and how perfectly you are achieving your aim.
Aswell I like your tulips and roses. I love gardening, too, although my garden only got 140 sqm.
