The quilting on white looks like clouds to me, but the bright colors are like sunshine peeking out. I love it! I would call it Cloudy Sunshine, or Sunshine with a touch of Clouds. :)
How about "Cheerios"? Its a breakfast cereal we love here, and I think those blocks look very cheery! I am still hoping you will post a block tutorial - I can't figure out the piecing just by looking at it. Thanks for sharing!

I like "whirl around" or "circle dance" as a name for your cheerful quilt. Nicely done!
