After the "Amelie" and "Belle" bags, I named my new bag "Chantal". Now I am thinking of names starting with "D".
I used the same pattern and I made a set - I like to see things in different sizes. The main fabric is "Good Fortune" by Kate Spain for Moda. I was happy that I found some coordinating fabrics in my stash.
This one is really large - it could be a shopping bag, an overnight bag, a diaper bag, a beach bag...
This is the medium size- great for an everyday bag.
And this one is small - perfect for a little girl.
Do you remember the other bags made using this pattern? Coordinating fabrics is fun!

soooooo pretty!
ReplyDeleteHow about the Danielle bag! It kinda goes with all of the other names and it starts with a "D". I'm not biased or anything even though it's my name, promise:D
ReplyDeleteОчень хорошенькие сумочки получились!
ReplyDeleteWell that sounds like you might have another bag in the works. The Chantal bags are great as were the first two so am excited to see another bag pattern from you if that is on the agenda.
ReplyDeleteLucky day! I have been waiting for the pattern since you said you were working on it. Thank you very much for making it.
ReplyDeleteChantal is a beautiful name - my French friend has this name.

ReplyDeleteLove it! Although my name starts with 'D', how about Dainty or Dashing?
ReplyDeleteYAY! I've been waiting for this pattern. I found your blog through a linky party when you were posting these earlier this summer. I'm now an avid fan and so excited to get this pattnern. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteWonderful coordinated fabrics for such a beautiful bag. I can't wait to have the pattern, for a mother-little girl gift. And yes, a good idea for the name, I wish you have inspiration for a pattern name with Z first letter.
ReplyDeleteI do not even know how I ended up here, but I thought this post was great. I do not know who you are but definitely you are going to a famous blogger if you are not already ;) Cheers!
